Break Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a break product from Popeys Collectibles, you agree to the following:

• Breaks are conducted live via Whatnot or Facebook.

• You are purchasing a spot, team, or slot — not sealed product.

• All sales are final once a break has started.

• No refunds for poor hits, luck, or personal preference.

• All cards pulled for your team/slot will be shipped to you.

• Base cards may be retained unless otherwise stated.

• Breaks will occur at the advertised time or as close as reasonably possible.

Failure to understand break rules is not grounds for refund.
